Harddrivemart aims to offer a hassle-free and painless shopping experience to its customers. We make sure that the experience is straightforward and seamless; we work for total transparency between the website and its customers. However, some situations can arise where, regardless of our efforts, the customer might face an issue related to the product (s). Customers may wish to return the faulty product (s). For such situations, harddrivemart insists on raising an RMA (return merchandise authorization) request after agreeing to the terms and conditions that are mentioned below.
The following refund and policy document describes various situations for the return of any product for any authentic reason. Please bear in mind that the terms' business customer' and 'consumer' are used for two separate entities within the following document.
Please note that you are responsible for informing us about faulty items or inconsistent orders within two days of its arrival.
Harddrivemart allows its customers to cancel their orders via email before the order is dispatched. The customer can cancel their order for any reason with any additional cancellation charges by emailing the PO number of their order receipt. However, if the order has already been dispatched, then customers have to pay a 25% restocking fee.
In case of a cancellation, when you receive the canceled order, you are required to leave it unopened on receipt. After that, the customer is responsible for arranging shipment of the canceled order within 14 days of arrival. Please ensure to return the order in the same condition as it was received in otherwise, customers are liable to pay a 25% restocking fee.
Before the order is sent back, make sure the product packaging is undamaged, the product is reusable, and contains all accessories, software, manuals, warranty cards otherwise, customers are held responsible for missing items.
Harddrivemart does not allow cancellation of the orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturers (s).
At our sole discretion, if Harddrivemart accepts the faulty item, the customer is liable to send the item back within 14 days of delivery with a written agreement. It's the customers' responsibility that the faulty item is packed in the original packaging with all its components and accessories in reusable condition. Harddrivemart may only accept a return if the product is returned in mint condition that is reusable and resaleable.
Every non-faulty and an unwanted item is applicable for a 25% restocking fee, depending on the product condition and cancelation reason. If the error is because of Harddrivemart , then the components must be returned in the reusable condition, and the customer will not be charged any restocking fee. The fault may have occurred during delivery or packaging, and for that, Harddrivemart takes responsibility.
The term of return is that the item shall be sent back in the original packaging, with all components, the receipt, warranty card, manuals, and anything else received with the product. The item should be in its original and undamaged packaging when it is sent.
In the case where customers receive a faulty product, they are requested to initiate an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the RMA form. The form requires customers to submit order number, date of purchase, the serial number of the faulty product, and warranty details. If the faulty product has a valid warranty, then the Harddrivemart engineers will guide you remotely to resolve your issue using the warranty.
If the faulty product continues to cause problems, then Harddrivemart will issue an RMA number after the customer follows the RMA procedure below. The RMA procedure will ensure the return of the product. Once Harddrivemart receives the item, we will test the product and verify the issue to fix it. In case the issue can't be resolved, we will send a replacement, which may or may not be equal to the original in regards to the specification and model.

The customers are liable to sign the order as damaged in case a customer is delivered a damaged product upon delivery. Once they sign it off, they're liable to call or email the Harddrivemart website.
Please make sure to report any faulty and damaged goods within two days of delivery.
