Return Policy

However, if there is ever an issue and you need to return something, we will respond promptly and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. RMA Instructions

Here is a list of instructions to keep in mind when mailing your package back:

• The RMA number must be visibly displayed on the front of the package. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
• Pack items for return in an appropriately sized shipping container. Do not write or apply shipping labels to the original manufacturer's packaging.
• A copy of the invoice should be included with the package as a packing slip.
• All returns must be returned within ten days of the RMA date. After that date, the return will be automatically canceled.
• Hard Drive Mart does not issue an RMA for the same order/product more than once.
• Hard Drive Mart charges its customers for any items they do not receive back with the return shipment.
• In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
• Your item must be shipped by one of the companies that provide a tracking number (i.e., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). You will also be responsible for any costs related to insuring the package.

Restocking

• There will be a 25% restocking fee for any items returned that are not defective.
• If Hard Drive Mart delivers the wrong product, the restocking fee will not be applied.
• If a customer returns a product citing it as faulty or dead on arrival, our engineers will check the product for faults. If faults are found, the payment will be refunded or the product will be replaced. However, if there are no faults found, the customer will be liable for a 25% restocking fee.
• Returning a brand-new product with an open box will result in a 50% restocking fee.
• If a customer orders the wrong item or decides they no longer need it, a 25% restocking fee or a minimum of $20 will be applied upon return.
